Famous tycoon buys into North Belton Communities

North Belton Communities is the first foray of Mr. Lucio Tan’s Eton Properties Philippines, Inc. into the middle-income market. Belton Communities, Inc. was spun off in 2008 to oversee its development.

Strategically-located along Quirino Highway in Novaliches, Quezon City with an elevation of 131 feet above sea level, this development and those in the immediate vicinity did not in any way suffer the havoc wrought by typhoon Ondoy.
