About
Philippine Real Estate and Construction
Philippine Real Estate and Construction was born out of the fact that – “It’s every Filipino’s dream to own a house.” In fact, owning one is not supposed to be a dream; it’s one of the three most basic human necessities along with food and clothing. Sadly, having one’s own house is the most elusive of the three necessities. And for countless Filipinos, it remains exactly that… a dream.
These are the Facts:
- Buying or building a house in the Philippines can be one of the most important decisions anyone will make in his or her lifetime; it can be life-altering. Committing mistakes or making the wrong choices in the buying or building process can lead to disastrous results that may never be reversed or undone.
- There’s hardly any online resource that guides Filipinos on the complex processes involved in building or buying a house in the Philippines. There are some websites that do offer useful information about real estate, house design, construction technology, building materials, financing, legal matters and even Feng Shui. But most are intended to promote and sell the website owners’ products or services.
- Sometimes, it’s not insufficient money that hinders a Filipino from owning his dream house; it’s insufficient information.
I have yet to find an online resource that brings all these topics together into one package at no cost to both would-be homeowners and the product or service providers.
What this website is:
This website is envisioned to be an information resource center where anyone (whether living or working here or not) who is seriously planning to build or buy a house in the Philippines, can learn and connect with product and service providers.
