I just received communication from the coordinator of a developer I am accredited with enumerating a number of their upcoming condominium projects. The materials I received were clearly for internal use only and are not supposed to be shown to the public yet.

The information I am about to disclose are done purely through my own initiative. Moreover, the information I am about to reveal are not meant to sell the project as it won’t be for sale until October of this year.
