AphaLand Makati Place is a three-tower condominium and apartment development of Alphaland Corporation on a 1 hectare property at the corner of Ayala Ave. Extention and Malugay Street. Two towers will be for condominium enclaves while the third will be a full-service apartment building.

Avida Towers Makati West is a twin-tower development of Avida Land Corp. at the corners of Malugay, Yakal and Lumbayao Streets. Each tower will be 26 stories tall and will have a total of 861 units.

Avida Towers San Lorenzo is a 1.5 billion peso, two-tower joint venture project between Avida Land Corp. and land-owner Makati Greenbelt Palms Land, Inc. It is nestled on an 8,750 square meter property along Don Chino Roces Avenue just across Don Bosco. Tower 1 will have 30 floors with 605 units while Tower 2 will be 26 stories tall with 527 units or a total of 1,132 units.

The Beacon Makati is a three-tower development of Geo Estate Development Corporation on a 9,000 square meter property at the corner of Don Chino Roces and Arnaiz Avenues. Two towers – the Roces and Amorsolo Towers will be 44 stories tall, while the third, Arnaiz Tower will be 50 stories tall.

Belton Place Makati is a three-tower, 40-story residential condominium development of Eton Properties Phils., Inc., within Belton Square – a mixed-use complex that will also include a commercial area, IT offices and a businessman’s hotel. It is located at the corners of Don Chino Roces Avenue, Malugay and Yakal Streets.

Century City is the 3.4 hectare flagship project of Century Properties, Inc. along Kalayaan Avenue, where International School Manila used to be. It is envisioned to become the premier IT center for BPO companies in the area. Aside from the office and commercial components, the project will have at least three residential condominiums:

• The Gramercy Residences will have 36 floors.

• The Knightsbridge Residences will be 50 stories tall and shall have a maximum of 1,000 units.

• The Milano Residences is Century Properties’ newly-announced 3 billion peso joint venture with Italian fashion giant, Versace. The designer condominium will have 340 units and is planned to be completed by 2015.

The Columns Ayala Avenue is a three-tower, 30-story residential development of Alveo Land Corp., a subsidiary of Ayala Land, Inc. It is located at the corner of Ayala and Sen. Gil Puyat Avenues.

The Columns Legaspi Village is a twin-tower condominium development of Alveo Land Corp. Located at the corner of Arnaiz Avenue and Amorsolo Street, the towers will rise 41 stories above ground with a total of almost 800 units.

Discovery Primea is a 64-story condominium that will rise at the former site of Gilarmi Apartments which stopped operations on January 2008 and has since been demolished. Developed by JTKC Land, Inc., it is located at #6749 Ayala Avenue.

Edades Tower and Garden Villas is a unique mixed-type residential project of Rockwell Land Corporation within its township community – Rockwell Center. Named after Victorio Edades, the Father of Modern and Unconventional Filipino Art, the tower will be 50 stories tall.

The Garden Villas, on the other hand, is a landscaped cluster of loft apartment-type units that complement the contemporary architecture of Edades Tower.

Eton Parkview Greenbelt is a 33-story development of Eton Properties Phils., Inc. along Gamboa Street, Legaspi Village. Expected completion is December 31, 2011.

The Eton Residences Greenbelt is another development of Eton Properties Phils., Inc. Located along Legaspi Street, Legaspi Village, it will be 39 stories tall.

Eton Tower Makati is a 40-story development of Eton Properties Phils., Inc. with a two-level retail component at the ground floor. Designed to be a SOHO (Small Office, Home Office), it is located at the corner of dela Rosa and V.A Rufino Streets and is expected to be completed by 2011.

The Gallery Salcedo is a 30-story project of Crown Asia, a member of Vista Land Group of Senator Manny Villar. It is located at L.P. Leviste Street, Salcedo Village.
