The Address at Wack Wack is a 32-story development of Madrigal-Bayot Development Corporation. Located along Wack Wack Road, the project’s construction is in full swing.

Acqua Private Residences by Century Properties will sit on a 2.4 hectare property along the Pasig River just across Rockwell Center. It will have 6 towers and is envisioned to have open spaces landscaped like a rainforest.

Avida Towers Mandaluyong is a joint venture between Avida Land Corp. and land owner Philippine National Bank of Mr. Lucio Tan who also owns Eton Properties, Phils., Inc. It will rise on a 2.3 hectare property and will be comprised of 8 towers with an estimated cost of 6 billion pesos. It is located at the corners of EDSA, Reliance and Mayflower Streets.

BSA Twin Towers is destined to become the tallest twin-tower in the country at 55 stories tall. Owned by St. Francis Square Development Corporation, it sits on a 3,037 square meter property along Bank Drive between SM Megamall and the Podium.

Dansalan Gardens is a 3-tower development of DMCI Homes. The towers – Paloverde (31 stories), Sycamore (31 stories) and Willow (18 stories) – stand on an 8,000 square meter property along Dansalan Street east of Boni Avenue and a little over half a kilometer from EDSA.

8 Wack Wack Road is a long completed, 42-story development of Megaworld Corporation. It is located along Wack Wack Road, East Greenhills and offers an unobstructed view of the golf course.

Flair Towers is a two-tower project of DMCI Homes with each tower having 40 floors. It occupies an area of 1.4 hectares with each tower estimated to have 1,091 units or a total of 2,182 units. Located at the corners of Reliance and Pines Streets, it boasts of 65% open lot dedicated to common amenities including 3 swimming pools.

Grand Central Residences is Cityland Development Corp.’s “transit-oriented” development, i.e., it’s just steps away from an MRT station. To stand 40 stories tall, it is located at the corner of EDSA and Sultan Kudarat Street beside the MRT-3 Shaw Boulevard Station. Projected completion is March 2015.

Lee Gardens is a two-tower mixed-use development of Lee Gardens Property Development, Inc. Located at the corner of Shaw Boulevard and Lee Street, its North Tower has 33 levels while South Tower is 23 stories tall.

Light Residences is a three-tower, 40-story development of SM Development Corporation. Situated on a 2-hectare property, the project is located at the corner of EDSA and Madison Street, and will have a direct link to MRT-3, Boni Avenue Station.

Pioneer Cybergate is Robinsons Land Corporation’s PEZA-accredited, 6-hectare mixed-use community along EDSA near the Mandaluyong-Makati boundary. It is composed of a mall, IT/BPO buildings, a hotel and at least four residential condominiums:

  • Gateway Regency is the latest residential condominium in Pioneer Cybergate and will stand 33 stories tall. It will occupy an area of 3,035 square meters very near Pioneer Street and will have 493 units.

Pioneer Pointe is a 28-story development of Filinvest Land, Inc. at the corner of Pioneer and Reliance Streets.

Pioneer Woodlands is a six-tower development of Empire East Land Holdings, Inc, the affordable unit of Megaworld Corporation. Located at the corner of EDSA and Pioneer Street beside SMDC’s Light Residences, it will also have a direct link to MRT-3, Boni Avenue Station.
