Adriatico Residences, formerly known as Manila Midtown Hotel, is now a residential condominium of Robinsons Land Corporation. It’s a 3-tower development, with each tower standing 38 stories tall, along Adriatico Street.

Avida Towers San Lazaro is a Zen-inspired, 5-tower joint venture development between Avida Land Corporation (of Ayala Land, Inc.) and the Manila Jockey Club. The project sits on a 1.27 hectare property (at the former site of the San Lazaro Hippodrome) near A.H Lacson Street, adjacent to SM San Lazaro. It will have a total of 1,956 units.

Celadon Park is a 4-tower development of Alveo Land Corporation (of Ayala Land, Inc.) with each tower to stand 23 stories tall. It lies northwest of sister project Avida Towers near A.H Lacson Street.

Cityplace is a 4.6 hectare mixed-use development of Megaworld Corporation along Reina Regente Street. It will be made up of residential, retail/shopping, dining, hotel, and office components. It is touted as the New Chinatown Community. Its residential components are the following:

• One Cityplace is a two-tower development; Tower 1 being 37 stories tall while Tower 2 will have 39 levels. It is located beside 168 Mall.

• One Olympia will be the second phase of Cityplace’s residential component and will be composed of three towers. It will sit just southeast of One Cityplace.

El Pueblo Condormitel Manila is a cluster of mid-rise structures that its developer, Phoenix Sun International Corp., describes as a “fusion” of condominium, dormitory and hotel. Located at Anonas St, Sta. Mesa beside the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, a unit can be as small as 8.5 square meters.

Espana Grand Residences is a 27-story development of First Golden Achievers Realty Development Corporation. Occupying an area of 650 square meters at the corner of Espana Boulevard and Eloisa Street, it is one block away from the University of Sto. Tomas.

Eton Baypark Manila is a 29-story development of Eton Properties Phils., Inc. It sits on a 744 square meter lot at the corner of Roxas Boulevard and T.M. Kalaw, adjacent to the U.S. Embassy.

Illumina Residences Manila is a 32-story, 540-unit condominium project of DMCI Homes. It is nestled on a 6,935 square meter property along V. Mapa Street in Sta. Mesa.

Isabelle Hidalgo is a 15-story development of New San Jose Builders, Inc. Located along R. Hidalgo Street, it is approximately 360 meters east of Quiapo Church.

Malate Bayview Mansion is a 38-story commercial and residential condominium of Malate Bayview Mansion Development Corporation. It is located along M. Adriatico St, near the corner of Remedios Circle.

Malate Adriatico Grand Residences is an 18-story, ready-for-occupancy project of Adriatico Grand Realty Corporation. It is located at #1415 Adriatico Street, Malate across Robinsons Place Manila.

Manila Executive Regency is a 39-story development of Cityland Development Corporation. It is located at #1200 Bocobo St., Ermita.

Manila Residences Bocobo is a 34-story commercial and residential condominium of Cityland Development Corporation. It is located at #1160 Bocobo Street, Ermita near United Nations Avenue. Projected date of completion is June 2013.

The Manila Residences Tower I is a 39-story commercial, office and residential condominium of Cityland Development Corporation. It is located at #2320 Taft Avenue, Malate across De La Salle University.
