Amvel Mansions is the residential condominium component of what its developer, Amvel Land Corporation, envisions to be a 5-hectare mixed-use community called Amvel City near Dr. A. Santos Avenue and C-5 Extension. Amvel Mansions sit on a 2.2-hectare property and will have 8 buildings that will vary in height from 12 to 14 floors.

Avida Towers Sucat is an 11-building development of Avida Land Corporation. Located along Dr. A. Santos Avenue across SM Sucat, each building will be 12 stories tall with each building comprising of more or less 260 units.

Azure Urban Resort Residences is a joint venture between Century Properties and land-owner Columbian Motors and the former’s first foray into the affordable market segment. Nestled on 6-hectare property along the West Service Road of SLEX just south of SM Bicutan, the project will consist of 9 buildings each around 20-stories tall. Its first building – Rio – will have 756 units.

Bella Vista is a unique development composed of approximately 64 attached condominium buildings that resemble row houses than they do condominiums. Each attached building is 3 stories tall with individual units in each floor. Developed by ChodVale Development, Inc., it is located across the Ninoy Aquino International Airport runway.

Chateau Elysee is SM Development Corporation’s multi-building development on a 4.7-hectare property along Dona Soledad Avenue. The project will be composed of six residential clusters with 4 buildings per cluster or a total of 24 buildings. Buildings will be 6 to 7 stories tall.

Field Residences is a 10-building condominium development of SM Development Corporation on a 7.8 hectare property near Sucat Road behind SM Sucat. The buildings will vary in height from 8 to 12 floors.

Fountain Breeze is a condominium complex of at least 14 buildings on a 3.1 hectare property of Phinma Property Holdings Corporation. Located along Lombos Street (near Dr. A. Santos Avenue), it is approximately 5 kilometers from SLEX. The project has 4 phases:

• Phase 1 – five mid-rise buildings with a total of 493 units
• Phase 2 A – a parking building and four 11-story condos with a total of 788 units
• Phase 2B – 11-story twin-tower with 264 units
• Phase 3 – three residential buildings that are 5 to 8 stories tall with 234 total units.

Lions Park Residences is a cluster of eleven, 5-story condominium buildings along Sta. Ana Drive, Sun Valley. The developer cannot be determined; the website’s About Page doesn’t work. The property is managed by Quadrillion Property Management that offers leasing and professional management as well as maid and housekeeping services.

Raya Gardens is a Balinese-inspired, 5-building development of DMCI Homes on a 1.9 hectare property along the West Service Road of SLEX in Merville. Three buildings are 5 stories tall while two are 15 stories tall.

Siena Park Residences is an 11-building condominium development of DMCI Homes on a 3.1 hectare property along the West Service Road of SLEX in Barangay Sun Valley. Each building will stand 5 stories tall and will consist of a total of 985 units when finished.

Woodsville Viverde Mansions is master planned to be a 14-building development of Robinsons Land Corporation. Nestled on a 3-hectare property at the corner of Edison Avenue and the West Service Road of SLEX, the project boasts of 70% open space consisting of 7 themed gardens. The buildings will be 9 stories tall with 8 to 12 units per floor.
