Located along EDSA near the corner of Ortigas Avenue, it sits on a 1,892 square meter property and will stand 34 stories tall. 751 units will be made available.

Bali Oasis is a Balinese-themed development of Filinvest Land, Inc. It will be composed of four 5-story buildings each having from 150 to 160 units. It is nestled on a 1.8-hectare property along Marcos Highway, Barangay Santolan near the Marikina boundary.

Capri Oasis is a 6-building mid-rise development of Filinvest Land, Inc. on a 1.97 hectare property. Comprising of a total of 683 units, the project is located at Dr. Sixto Antonio Avenue, Barangay Maybunga.

Corinthian Executive Regency is a 39-story development of Cityland Development Corporation. It is located at #7 Ortigas Avenue, Ortigas Center.

The Currency is a joint venture between Crown Asia and Splash Corporation, a local personal care products company. The development is 34 stories tall and is located at the corner of Emerald and Julia Vargas Avenues.

East of Galleria is a 45-story development of Robinsons Land Corporation. It is bounded by Topaz and Ruby Roads within Ortigas Center.

East Raya Gardens consists of 8 mid-rise buildings on a 2.9 hectare property. Developed by DMCI Homes, it is located along Mercedes Avenue.

Eton Emerald Lofts is a 41-story development of Eton Properties Phils., Inc. In its website, the project appears to be a single tower that is L-shaped. But several images in the internet show its two-tower renderings. It is located at the corners of Emerald Avenue, Sapphire and Garnet Roads.

Grand Emerald Tower is a 39-story development of Cityland Development Corporation located at the corner of Garnet and Ruby Roads. Expected date of completion is June 30, 2011.

Hampton Gardens is a multi-building condominium development of Dynamic Realty and Resources Corporation. Only four buildings have so far been named – Charleston, Berkshire, Brighton and Birmingham – each standing at around 10 stories tall. It is situated between C. Raymundo and Dr. Sixto Antonio Avenues.

One Oasis is a cluster of what appears will be eleven 5-story residential and 2 commercial/office buildings of Filinvest Land, Inc. Nestled on a 4.3-hectare property boasting of 2 hectares of open space, its first 7 buildings will have a total of 958 units. It is located along Ortigas Avenue Extension east of the Manggahan Floodway.

Riverfront Residences is a cluster of twelve mid-rise condominium buildings of DMCI Homes on a 3.2 hectare property. Located along Dr. Sixto Antonio Avenue, Barangay Caniogan, it lies east of Marikina River.

The Sapphire is a 38-story twin-tower development of Robinsons Land Corporation. Located between Sapphire and Garnet Roads, each tower will have 400 units.

Vimana Verde Residences is a three-building development of Robinsons Land Corporation with each building standing up to 7 stories tall and offers a total of only 80 units. Occupying an area of 5,255 square meters, it is located along St. Martin Street near the Valle Verde Country Club.
