Accolade Place is a 6-story condominium development of DMCI Homes on a 4,061 property along P. Tuazon, Cubao. Situated beside the old LVN Studio, it will consist of 130 units.

Andrea North Skyline Tower is the first phase in Philippine Realty and Holdings Corporation’s 2-hectare Andrea North Condominium Complex at the corner of N. Domingo Street and Balete Drive. The company plans to construct 4 more condominium towers in this complex. Standing 32 stories tall, Andrea North Skyline Tower consists of 350 residential units and is ready for occupancy as of October 2010.

Berkeley Residences is a 35-story development of SM Development Corporation on a 3-hectare property along Katipunan Avenue across Miriam College and adjacent to Ateneo de Manila University. The size on which this project sits indicates that other structures will rise on this site.

The Capital Towers is a two-tower development of Federal Land, Inc along E. Rodriguez Sr Avenue. The towers – Athens (35 stories and ready for occupancy) and Beijing which is under construction – were named after the 2 cities where the last two Olympics were held. Athens consists of 334 units.

EGI West Insula Condominium is a 25-story development of E. Ganzon, Inc.and Partners at 135 West Avenue near corner EDSA.

Eastwood City

is Megaworld Corporation’s 17-hectare commercial, office and residential complex along C-5 road. Along with several commercial and office buildings, it is host to at least 12 luxury residential condominium towers and at least 5 more and 1 hotel are coming up. Its residential components are the following:

• The Eastwood Excelsior is a 34-story twin tower condominium along Eastwood Avenue.

• The Eastwood Lafayette is a 3-tower condominium which has been turned over since 2003. It is located along Eastwood Avenue.

• Eastwood Le Grand I is a 38-story, 650-unit condominium that is currently under construction along Eastwood Palm Tree Avenue.

• Eastwood Le Grand II is a 35-story development where all units are “loft-type.” It is located along Eastwood Palm Tree Avenue and is currently under construction.

• Eastwood Le Grand III is an under-construction 30-story twin-tower condominium at the corner of E-Commerce Avenue and Eastwood Palm Tree Avenue. The towers are named Renoir and Monet.

• Eastwood Park Hotel and Residential Suites is a 38-story commercial, hotel and residential condominium development that’s under construction within the vicinity of Eastwood Mall. The first 4 floors will be a mall while the 5 uppermost floors (34th to 38th floors) will be for the hotel. The floors in between, from the 5th to the 33rd floors, will be for residential units.

• Eastwood Parkview is a 40-story twin-tower condominium, also within the Eastwood Mall complex. Towers 1 and 2 are ready for turnover.

• The Grand Eastwood Palazzo is a 38-story “bi-wing” condominium at the corner of Eastwood Avenue and Orchard Road.

• Olympic Heights is 30-story three-tower condominium along Orchard Road.

• One Central Park is a 38-story commercial and residential condominium along Orchard Road within the Eastwood Mall area. The first four floors are dedicated to shops and boutiques; the rest of the building will have 374 residential units.

• One Orchard Road is a 38-story three-tower condominium along Orchard Road.
