For manufacturers and suppliers, kindly take note of the following:

• Priority will be given to those who are located in the CALABARZON Region, Cebu City, Bulacan, Pampanga, Davao del Sur/del Norte, Pangasinan, Ilocos and of course, Metro Manila.

• Priority shall be given to those who utilize environment-friendly materials in their products. Eventually, all manufacturers and suppliers of products made of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) plastic shall be deleted from this Directory.

• Priority shall also be given to products that not only beautify homes but also enable households to reduce their energy consumption. Beautiful and highly-functional products made of recycled materials are most welcome.

• Much better if your company has a website. In keeping with the vision of Philippine Real Estate and Construction to be a truly online information resource center, companies with no website will eventually be removed from its Directory.

This site is not elitist. I believe that to be a useful online information resource center, it should save the reader time by enabling him to gather as much information as he can about a company, its products and services, before he even picks up the phone to call the company. That can only happen if you have a website.

Believe me, having your own website is the cheapest investment you can make that can exponentially expand your business. It’s like having a store that is open 24/7, 365 days a year. Besides, you can easily create your own website and have it hosted without spending a single centavo using yola, multiply, blogger.com, squidoo and more (see their user agreement policy to be sure). You can even create a page for your business in Facebook.What’s important is for companies to establish online presence.

For professionals engaged in the construction industry, only licensed ones shall be accepted. I strongly encourage that you put up your own website using the freewares above.
