Fault certification for Nuvali

Last Friday, I was finally told to pick up at Phivolcs the fault certification that I applied for Nuvali. October of last year, upon a tip of a friend, I wrote in this site that there may be an active fault line that traverses part of Sta. Rosa. The image on the left below was released by the online version of ABS-CBN News showing the so-called Valley Fault System.

Tour of Nuvali and other places in Sta. Rosa, Laguna

Yesterday, my daughter and I attended the open house at Nuvali. Suffice it to say that it was another hugely successful event by Ayala Land. I met lots of great people from Ayala Land, even a classmate from UST.

One of the reasons why I decided to take this tour was to find out more about an important matter that was related to me by a friend. She emailed to me an image from Phivolcs indicating that there might be an active fault that traverses part of Sta. Rosa. It’s called the Valley Fault System. (more…)
